Planet Gear System and Electrical Engine operates in special oil for both greasing and transfer of heat.
Gears are manufactured of steel, hardened, rectified and despised in order to satisfy longevity.
Bearings are chosen and assemblied according to high safety factors.
Drum covers are assemblied with special dust pads and Viton oil pads. Pads spin on noncorrosive, hardened bearing. With the help of an extra metal pad damage is prevented.
Solid bedding is obtained by using square edged stem on both sides of drum engine. By this way, reaction torque is distributed among the both sides of conveyor chasis.
Energy is directly sent to stator without using brush or sliding bangle.(Standard insulation class:F)
Drum surface is produced in proper conditions so that it can pull the belt.
Oil degree control or oil change process is executed without the seperation of drum from chasis.
Terminal box which provides the enterence of energy to the drum can be rotated 90 degree and by this way it provides chasis property.
All engine drums reinforced with IEC standard norms. Pad property is minimum IP68.
It is approved by CSA that drum motors can be over-reinforced.
It is possible to utilize Backstop or electromagnetik brakes.
Drum motors can be produced using AISI316L stainless-steel.
All the motors are produced in compliance with CE standarts.
